functional teams delivering innovative cloud modernization solutions, preferably in AWS environments. The
ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Agile delivery frameworks, collaboration tools (Jira,
Confluence, SharePoint), and Microsoft 365, while ensuring project teams deliver value to our federal defense
and intelligence customers.

Responsibilities:

•  Architect and administer complex, large-scale AWS environments – multi-account, multi-region.

• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Coach and guide teams in Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values to improve team efficiency and product delivery.

• Support cloud modernization initiatives with emphasis on AWS and enterprise-scale digital transformation.

• Develop and maintain project documentation in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, ensuring transparency and traceability across all work streams.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to prioritize backlogs, manage risks, and ensure alignment to strategic objectives.

• Assist with developing Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other program documentation.

• Facilitate communication and alignment across large teams, ensuring impediments are quickly addressed and resolved.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.

• Provide status updates, dashboards, and progress reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, innovation, and optimization of delivery practices.

• Manage incidents, ensure business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Project Coordinator

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

• Ability to support and coordinate Agile teams across multiple workstreams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and influence without authority.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience drafting, maintaining, and/or supporting ROMs and SLAs for program delivery.

• Experience supporting cloud modernization efforts, preferably in AWS.

• Scaled Agile experience (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, DAD) for large, multi-team environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolchains.
